Technical support
We operate a helpdesk for all support enquiries. This means we can log your request, and for your piece of mind deal with any problems or queries efficiently and professionally. support.inx-network.com If you do not already have a login, you should register a new support login. If you have forgotten your login please email sales@inx-gaming.co.uk to have your login reset.
Our support hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Excluding public holidays.
During these hours, we will generally reply to a request within an hour or less. However during busy periods, you may experience
a longer wait. Please allow up to a maximum of 24 hours for a response. We thank you for your patience.
Payments & billing
To make a payment we have two billing systems:
http://billing.inx-gaming.co.uk - for customers that signed up to our services from September 2007 onwards.
http://billing.inx-network.com - for customers that signed up to our services BEFORE September 2007.
